Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to high demand for our patches, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer secure shipping to ensure you receive your orders:

Standard Shipping: Free — 5 to 10 business days.

Priority Shipping (Express Tracking): €4.99 — 3 to 5 business days.

3. Discreet Shipping

To respect your privacy, all our packages are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging with no explicit mention of the contents on the outside of the package.

4. Tracking Your Package

You can track the delivery of your patches directly on our website via the “Track My Order” tab using the shipping number you received by email.

5. Returns and Satisfaction

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene and health safety reasons, only unopened and still-sealed patches will be accepted for a refund.
